Processing  filow:

Vibrating plate feeding- flexible integrating sphere- (ball separation- testing ball-adding cage)- Digital displayed cage inspection-NG discharging-clearance inspection-NG discharging- discharging

Key functions:

1.    Vibration plate feeding: No damage on cage, simple and efficient and save large amount of laboring

2.    Flexible integrating sphere: adjustable speed motor, gathering steel ball of flexible limiter;

3.    Ball separation, testing ball and adding retainer; centering of ball separation, pressurization, quadratic flexible ball separation mechanism adopted, uniform ball separation without damage on steel ball; imported optic-fiber detecting ball, non-contact inspection with high infallibility.

4.    Digital displayed cage inspection;

5.     Clearance inspection: measuring apparatus of MARPOSS adopted, precision of metering apparatus is 0.1μm, precision of repeated measure of clearance standard unit is within 1μm

6.    Automatic management of Chart XbarR, management of CPK process capacity, management of straight-way drawing;
